Our signature Loaded Gospel Step class is our only step aerobics class, offered at two levels. Each 45-minute session combines high-energy step aerobics with core-strengthening exercises woven throughout — all set to uplifting gospel music.

Hello! I'm Meghan, and I'm passionate about helping women transform their lives through fitness and faith. As a firm believer and follower of Christ, I believe that taking care of the body He gave us is an act of worship and gratitude.

My journey in fitness began with my own transformation—both physically and spiritually. I discovered that when we align our fitness goals with our faith, we unlock a deeper sense of purpose, discipline, and joy in our workouts.

I created this space to encourage women on their walk with Christ to prioritize their health and well-being. My mission is to help you build strength, improve your overall health, and grow in confidence—all while deepening your connection with God.
